Carob Chip Cookies

2 cups plain white or wholemeal flour
1/4 cup chopped carob buds
3 tablespoons canola oil
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons chia seeds

Preheat the oven to 180 C
Mix all ingredients and roll out to approx. 8mm thick
Cut into your favourite shape & place on a lightly greased baking tray
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven & cool on a wire rack.

Quantity: Makes approx. 25 biscuits depending upon your cutter size.
Storage: for up to 2 months in an airtight container or freeze.
